Watch windows

A watch window is the span during which a plate may hang on the chart.

It names a role that may initial the plate. It does not print a private name unless a separate written consent allows that name on the page.

The evening is when the plate may go up. The morning is when it is lifted. Those times are filing times, not hours when a shop is open.

The window does not promise that a star will be visible, and it does not sell a viewing.

This chart records stars. It does not sell a telescope, print a fee, reserve a viewing, or cast a fortune.
